Aerial All-levels Yoga

Aerial Yoga combines traditional Yoga poses with the support of a soft fabric aerial hammock to stretch muscles. This anti-gravity class is uniquely designed for all levels of experience to increase flexibility and refine a more advanced mat practice.

Venus Hot Yoga

This all-levels class focuses on breathing principles, balance and alignment to build a strong foundation of strength and stamina.

Yin Eclipse

Yin Eclipse induces tranquil relaxation to reduce levels of stress, anxiety and tension through lengthened holds of Yoga postures allowing a gentle stretch and healing of deep connective tissue. Practiced by candlelight in a warm room, Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels and a perfect compliment to an active lifestyle.


Benefits of Radiant Heat

Like the warmth of the sunshine, radiant heat uses invisible electromagnetic infrared waves to supply heat directly to people via ceiling panels. These panels are more energy efficient than conventional heating because they eliminate duct loss as they heat the space to a desired temperature quicker and more evenly. They also do not distribute allergens resulting in a cleaner breathing environment. These panels are safe, quiet and easy to clean.

Practicing Yoga in a heated and humidified environment warms up your muscles faster allowing you to safely go deeper into postures to increase your flexibility with less risk for injury.  Your heart rate increases providing a cardiovascular workout and energy boost! Benefits of Aerial Yoga

This practice using a hammock suspended from the ceiling is beginner friendly! You experience low to almost zero impact on your joints as it supports and strengthens your mat practice. Aerial Yoga is effective ab workout resulting in increased muscle mass and decreased fat mass.
