Yin Eclipse

Practiced by candlelight in a warm room, Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels and a perfect compliment to an active lifestyle.
Mini Moonbeams Yoga
Yoga for ages 5-10 to begin to cultivate self-health and inner-fulfillment in a fun and energetic atmosphere.
Benefits of Aerial Yoga
This non-traditional Yoga practice using a hammock suspended from the ceiling is beginner friendly! You experience low to almost zero impact on your joints as it supports and strengthens your mat practice. Aerial Yoga is an effective abdominal workout resulting in increased muscle mass and decreased fat mass.
*The ACE or American Council on Exercise found that women who took three 60 minute Aerial Yoga classes a week lost an average of 2% body fat and one inch from their waist. They also increased their VO2 max 11%. “
Bliss out in a fully supported Savasana…
Benefits of Radiant Hot Yoga
Like the warmth of the sunshine, radiant heat uses invisible electromagnetic infrared waves to supply heat directly to people via ceiling panels. Practicing Yoga in a heated and humidified environment warms up your muscles faster allowing you to safely go deeper into postures to increase your flexibility with less risk for injury. Your heart rate increases providing a cardiovascular workout and energy boost! And the detoxification process through heavy sweating helps toxins flush from your body through your skin.
